Fitnote Coach is a CLIENT-ONLY companion app for people who already work with a personal trainer, coach or nutritionist that uses the Fitnote platform. The app does NOT generate diets, training programs or fitness advice. Every plan you see was created and prescribed by your own professional; the app is simply the place where you read it and log your day. IMPORTANT: this app is not for professionals. If you are a personal trainer, coach or nutritionist looking to manage clients, you are looking for our web platform, not this app. WHO THIS APP IS FOR • Clients/patients of a fitness or nutrition professional that already uses Fitnote. • Your account is created by your professional. You cannot sign up on your own. WHAT YOU GET • View the workout plans your trainer assigned to you, organized by session, with sets, reps, load, rest and notes. • View the meal plans your nutritionist assigned to you, with foods, quantities, macros and supplements. • Daily tracking for your own body weight, water intake and completed meals. • Tap-to-substitute foods inside a meal, only when your nutritionist has authorized substitutions. • Watch the exercise demonstration video your professional attached to each exercise. • Send feedback or questions about a plan directly to your professional. • Light and dark mode, English and Portuguese (Brazil). WHAT YOUR PROFESSIONAL HANDLES (OUTSIDE THIS APP) • Creating, updating and prescribing your diet and training plans. • Scheduling and managing appointments with you. • The commercial and contractual relationship (pricing, billing, renewals). • Approving or rejecting your account deletion requests. These tasks are done by your professional on the Fitnote web platform — not inside this app. HOW IT WORKS 1. Your professional creates your account on the Fitnote web platform. 2. You sign in here with your email and the password you set on first access. 3. The plans your professional assigned to you appear automatically and update when they revise them. The app does not sell coaching, supplements, training programs or appointments. There are no in-app purchases. PRIVACY & YOUR DATA You can update your profile, change your password, switch language, and request the deletion of your account directly from the Settings tab. Because your plan data belongs to the professional-client relationship, deletion requests are sent to your professional for review and processing.
