Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Max Hits Now at 5.0 against Dead Serius's 4.8. Max Hits Now also leads on update cadence (every 5 months vs every 14 months). Dead Serius's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
