Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Aldo's Toolkit at none against ServerCat's 3. Aldo's Toolkit also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). ServerCat's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 1) and chart position (#57 vs unranked). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ServerCat sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per year. Aldo's Toolkit asks for nothing beyond the download.
Aldo's Toolkit holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ServerCat has 1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
