PROCESS : during the submission process ADR4ALL will ask you to fill in your country of residence and the country where the trader is established and will calculate whether the submission and/or resolution process is free of charge or a fee is required. Then, ADR4ALL will ask you to provide a description of the dispute and to add the trader’s details and your personal details (name, city, country, phone number and email) that will be used during the dispute resolution process.
