Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Lee CTA at 5.0 against USTA Serve's 4.2. Lee CTA also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). USTA Serve's advantage is ratings volume (70 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
