Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: OneRecord at 4.2 against CorneaCare's 3.7. OneRecord also leads on ratings volume (199 vs 6) and review sentiment (50% vs 40%). CorneaCare's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
