Uplift Capture is an AI-powered mobile app and cloud analytics platform that delivers portable motion capture and analysis to teams, coaches, and athletes. Uplift Capture brings motion capture to anyone with two iOS devices, making movement analysis more accessible than expensive, marker-based or fixed camera systems, and more valuable than single camera, low-fidelity 2D tools that don't provide the level of accuracy and analysis required by serious athletes, coaches, and pro teams. Uplift Capture records any athletic movement, generates an accurate 3D model for over 30 key joints and body segments, and provides useful, actionable data and reports to objectively evaluate an athlete's movement patterns and inform coaching and training interventions to improve performance. STREAMLINED RECORDING: Capturing an athlete’s movement is as easy as setting up two iOS devices on tripods at the proper locations, selecting from a list of supported movements (including baseball hitting and pitching, golf swings, jump shots, squats, vertical jumps, and more), and recording as many instances of the movement as you’d like to analyze. Captured video is time synced, and all captures are tagged and uploaded for processing at the end of each session. ANALYSIS AND PROCESSING: Uploaded captures are analyzed to generate a full 3D picture of how an athlete moved. Uplift identified over 30 keypoints to generate 3D data, and also generates comprehensive kinematic data, such as joint angles, rotational velocity, kinematic sequence, and key identified events in each movement. REPORTS AND VISUALIZATIONS: Processed movements can be reviewed in the web visualizer to identify if an athlete is moving efficiently, or if there are any deficiencies that can be improved through coaching. With HitTrax Viewpoint, owners of HitTrax systems can now leverage the power of iPhone/iPad cameras to record multiple views simultaneously within the HitTrax software. Utilize up to (4) iOS devices to record high-speed, HD video, and capture various views of your athlete’s performance for immediate review and post-session analysis. Recording of video is automatically triggered by the HitTrax-measured event, making capture easy with no need for further editing. All recorded video is cataloged with the corresponding HitTrax metrics, stored on the HitTrax PC, and then synced to the cloud for long-term storage and management.
