Create a clear property condition report to help protect your security deposit. Deposio helps renters document a property’s condition before or during a lease. Choose your rooms, photograph each space, record existing issues, add optional notes and meter readings, and review everything in one organized report. Nothing is mandatory. Capture as much evidence as you need, then preview your completed report before deciding whether to unlock PDF generation and sharing. Keep your own record. Your evidence, original photos and generated reports stay locally on your device. Deposio does not require an account and does not upload your evidence to the cloud. One payment. No subscription.
