You will be able to pull up official US FEMA Flood zone information and run an analysis for any location in the United States. This app primariliy depends on and uses Open Data from the U.S. Government. Therefore, it's really only applicable in the United States, for now. HydraAtlas is your comprehensive flood monitoring companion.
