We create your individual content on demand Our BeCoach interventions are 100% evidence-based. We base the creation of our interventions on the Motivational Volition Concept, which was developed by Prof. Dr. Reinhard Fuchs and Prof. Dr. Wiebke Göhner at the University of Freiburg. We focus primarily on the interaction of five psychological conditions: A strong goal intention, the highest possible self-concordance of this goal intention, realistic action plans, effective barrier management strategies and the existence of positive consequence experiences with the newly gained behaviour.
