The user has the option to schedule a service to request immediately. Through the request process at Musalih Platform users have to describe the issue or the service they need to complete or resolve. Services covered are in the Air conditioning, Electricity and Plumping. All services provided by Musalih platform are under 3 days guarantee, in case the issue shall be revisited within the 3 days after the service, it shall be of no cost to the user. The cost will be there only on case of completing extra service other than the original request or new part replacement/installation.
