Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: BARE Blends at 4.7 against Juniors's 3.7. BARE Blends also leads on ratings volume (384 vs 3). Juniors's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 38%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
BARE Blends holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BARE Blends has 384 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Juniors's written reviews are positive against 38% of BARE Blends's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
