Oho Mauri vs Ehoa

Supported by Te Mātāwai, Oho Mauri's holistic approach focuses on bringing an awakening to all aspects of our Tinana (body), Hinengaro (mind) and Wairua (spirit). This kaupapa endeavours to revitalise and normalise te reo Māori me ōna tīkanga through learning experiences dedicated to uplifting our knowledge and understanding of Pūāio (yoga), Mauri Tau (mindfulness) and Whakapakari Tīnana (body strengthening).

ehoa is the first digital application of its kind that connects tracking your own energy, emotions and/or menstrual cycle alongside the māori lunar calendar system, known as maramataka, for the purpose of improving overall wellbeing and unlocking personal potential through observation of self and the environment. We believe that using ehoa will support you holistically in all parts of your life whilst creating a positive ripple effect within the community around you and the way you connect to your land (whenua)
