Caring for a pet is a daily promise! “Mommy, mommy… can I have a pet?” It is a familiar question in many families. PetReady helps turn that moment into a lesson in responsibility. PetReady is a simple app designed to help children understand what daily pet care really means.  It supports families in practicing routines together, before and after bringing a pet home. What PetReady teaches • That pets need care every day, not just sometimes • That small tasks add up to real responsibility • That consistency matters more than perfection Children learn by doing. How PetReady works • Create a pet with basic daily care tasks • Track routines such as feeding, walks, and playtime • Follow a gentle 7-day readiness routine to build habits (in- app purchase) • Review progress together, without pressure or rewards systems The goal is understanding and follow-through. A "realistic" approach to responsibility PetReady does not promise perfect habits. It encourages showing up, every day, and trying again. Small tasks. Clear expectations. Shared responsibility. Because caring for a pet is learned, one day at a time. *** PetReady is an educational and organizational tool only. PetReady does not provide veterinary advice, animal care instructions, or guarantees about pet health or wellbeing. The app is designed to support learning and responsibility under adult supervision. Children must never be solely responsible for the care, feeding, handling, or safety of a pet. All pet care decisions and actions remain the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. PetReady should not be used as a substitute for: • Proper adult oversight • Professional veterinary guidance • Species-appropriate care, training, or supervision The developers of PetReady are not responsible for harm, injury, illness, or neglect of any animal resulting from misuse of the app or failure to provide appropriate care. If you are unsure how to care for a pet, always consult a qualified veterinarian or animal care professional. *** Terms and Conditions: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: www.mediware.cy/privacy
