About

Sodi

Features

Sodi is a sodium tracker built for one question: how much salt did I actually eat today? Log a meal in seconds — with your voice, from a widget, on your Apple Watch, or by searching a catalogue of more than 1,300 foods. Sodi adds it up and shows you a single number against your daily target. LOG IT HOWEVER IS FASTEST • Say "Hey Siri, log a meal in Sodi" and answer one question • Tap a widget on your Home Screen or Lock Screen • Log a favourite from your Apple Watch • Search the catalogue, or scan a nutrition label with the camera BUILT FOR WHAT YOU ACTUALLY EAT Chicken rice, laksa, char kway teow, kaya toast, mee goreng. Sodi's catalogue covers everyday local dishes as well as packaged foods, so logging a hawker meal doesn't mean guessing at it. SEE THE PATTERN, NOT JUST THE NUMBER Every entry syncs to Apple Health. If you already record blood pressure there, Sodi charts it alongside what you logged — a week, a month, or 90 days at a time. Sodi describes what it sees and nothing more. WHAT'S FREE Logging, the daily ring, Siri, widgets, the Apple Watch app and complication, Apple Health sync, and 7 days of history. The whole core loop, free, with no time limit. SODI PRO — ONE TIME, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION • Trends: sodium and blood pressure charted together, weekday patterns, and your top sodium sources • 90 days of history instead of 7 • PDF reports you can save or bring to an appointment PRIVACY No account. No ads. No analytics. No third-party servers of any kind. What you log stays on your device and syncs only through your own private iCloud, where nobody else can read it — including us. Sodi is a tool for tracking sodium and noticing patterns over time. It is built for awareness, not medical advice, and is not a substitute for care from a doctor or other healthcare professional.
