LevelAgent is the new industry-leading platform connecting homeowners who are actively looking to sell their homes with full-service Real Estate Agents via real-time listing leads. Realtors and real estate agents will be notified when your home enters the market for sale and will send you competitive bids to sell your home for the highest amount and with the most competitive commission strategies. LevelAgent takes the hassle out of selling your house by allowing you to interview and shop real estate agents from the palm of your hand. Sellers simply need to publish their listing details to the LevelAgent platform free of charge and let their top local agents send proposals directly to their inbox within 24 hours. With real estate agents competing to sell your home, you will be able to get more offers to buy your home, and you will end up with more cash in your pocket. Our real estate agents do not work for us; therefore, you will still have the opportunity to choose an agent from one of your favorite top brokerage firms. LevelAgent is a win-win for homeowners looking to sell their homes and real estate agents. Agents have the opportunity to grow their market share by gaining more listings than ever before while homeowners can make more money than selling on their own. Listing your house on Realtor or Zillow may be able to reach more people, but LevelAgent will help level the playing field for "for sale by owner," homeowners by leveraging the power of the real estate market to its fullest. Sellers get the most visibility for their home by having real estate agents represent them and publish their listing on the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service). This notifies other agents that a new listing has hit the local market. Real estate agents rely on the MLS to find active listings to show their buyers. Disclaimer: LevelAgent is only for the listing side of the commission rate. The buyer's agent side of the commission rate is controlled by the listing agent who wins the bid on this platform and is then negotiated outside the LevelAgent platform.
