DilemmApp vs Why at work

The DilemmApp is an innovative, stimulating and accessible method for increasing awareness of and insight into ethics and compliance among your employees (including managers) by regularly confronting them with a dilemma in which they then have to make a choice. The app is developed by KPMG Netherlands. In order to use the DilemmApp, you will need a log in code. Your organisation will provide you with this code. Once you have logged into DilemmApp using this code, the environment will be specific to your organisation and only viewable for people using the same login. DilemmApp is can be adapted to suit your organisation’s house style and the dilemmas can be tailored to what is relevant and topical to your organisation. A new dilemma can be added by the superuser to the app at any time. 2. Users of the app receive a push notification on their mobile phones that a new dilemma has been added. 3. Users choose one of the four answers to the dilemma. They can then compare their responses to those of other users and discuss it with colleagues in the comment section. Users can also receive a score and feedback on their choices, for example, in one of six profiles that is composed based on their responses to several dilemmas. 4. The organisation can monitor the aggregated responses and reactions and can see how many users responded to a dilemma and what their response was. 5. The dilemma can be closed (e.g. after a week) with a final conclusion and a new dilemma placed. DilemmApp key features: 1. Upload and answer dilemma’s 2. Why at work? The Why at work app was developed to make it easier for your company and employees to collaborate. Hybrid working presents various challenges, including providing insight into where colleagues are at any given moment—at the office, on location, or at home—so that you can find each other more easily, physically or virtually. Moreover, it helps with the challenges of planning an office day when there are fewer workspaces than employees. You can easily and quickly reserve a workspace in a room or even on the floor plan, along with a spot in the parking garage. If you want to work on a project together with a colleague, you can reserve 2 desks in a room or on the floor plan in one go. That is easy! You can also see how busy the office is in the app, as the occupancy rate per room is immediately visible, as well as who is staying for lunch. That is simply continuous team building, right there. - Monitor & manage office attendance The Why at work app makes it possible to monitor and track office staffing levels. For Facility Management and/or the executive board, the app provides insight into the occupancy rate of the various offices, floors, and spaces—measuring what you want to know if available square meters are being used efficiently—and the presence of employees in the office, which is important during emergencies, but also regarding various facility matters, such as being able to inform the catering service how many people they can expect that day. - Easy to use Employees register their attendance at the office themselves via the Why at work app. It is then clear to everyone within the company who is present in the office and whether attendance is still at the desired level. Easy check-in via QR code or NFC. This provides insight not only into who plans to come, but also into who is actually present. - Insights for management and facilities The administrator portal offers facility managers, HR, and/or the executive board insight into occupancy patterns, attendance statistics, and space usage.
