Renesas SmartConfig vs Conn.Logger

The SmartConfig app from Renesas Electronics is a mobile application that works with devices which support the Renesas remote configuration service, such as Development Kits based on Renesas DA14531 Bluetooth® Low Energy SoC. With the app you can connect to devices which support the configuration service and modify settings that are available on the peer device. Each device has its own extensible set of settings which are discovered by the app on connection.

Conn.Logger is the control application for the connection, configuration, data access, and maintenance of the ConnectedLogger device from MRS Electronic. What is ConnectedLogger device? ConnectedLogger is an ECE and RED certified smart data logging device. It captures and stores data from multiple buses of your machine, including CAN and LIN. This data can be stored in the internal flash memory of the ConnectedLogger device and/or sent to our cloud server.
