About

Hoop Ping

Features

Hoop Ping is the group chat for your pickup run, minus the chaos. Start a squad, drop the invite link in the group chat, and everyone's in. Set your weekly runs (Tuesday and Thursday nights indoors, Saturday mornings outside) and Hoop Ping pings the whole squad before every one. Answer right from the notification: I'm balling, or can't make it. The squad screen shows how many are in, live, so nobody shows up to a 3-on-3 again. - Squads: invite-only crews with a shareable link and code - Weekly runs: set the day, time and court once; pings go out automatically, as many as you want (24h, 4h, 2h before) - Smart reminders: follow-up pings only go to people who haven't answered - Pickup runs: need a random Wednesday? Call a run and everyone's pinged right away - Live count: see who's in, who's out, and who hasn't answered - Court directions: search real courts and gyms, tap for Apple Maps or Google Maps - Player cards: your photo or one of our basketball icons - Cancel a run: everyone gets a heads-up - Admins: promote friends to help run the squad - Mute: stay in the squad, skip the pings - Multiple squads: your weekday crew and your Saturday crew Sign in with Apple, Google, or email.
