First to Ten turns a room full of strangers into a game. Whether it's ten new starters on their first morning or a thousand-person conference, everyone joins with one code and races to have real conversations — not small talk. Find someone, scan each other's codes, and have a proper conversation — up to ten minutes. Every confirmed connection cracks your egg. Fill the room and it hatches a creature that is unique to you and shaped by who you met. THREE WAYS TO PLAY • Quick Icebreaker: host a game for up to 15 people straight from your phone: name it, share the code, start. • Icebreaker Mode: for teams, away days, new starters and small groups. No questionnaire, no matching: bring your own questions — three to five, your organizer decides — and connect with anyone in the room. • Conference Mode: for bigger rooms. Answer a few quick questions and the app matches you with the people worth meeting: complementary interests, different industries, people you would not have found on your own, plus a cheat sheet for each match. HOW IT PLAYS • Join with the event code (or the link on the poster). • Find each other: in Icebreaker Mode the room is a list of faces; in Conference Mode your phone vibrates as a match gets closer (Bluetooth nearby matching — optional, no location, only while the app is open). • Scan each other: a connection only counts when both phones agree. • Talk: three to five questions, one at a time. Press and hold to speak your question, they answer, you write it down. Run out of time? Pick up where you left off ten minutes later. • Crack your egg after each conversation, and watch the live leaderboard. • Hatch your creature, share the card, and keep your connections: everyone you met, with only the contact details they chose to share with you — in the app, and emailed to you afterwards. BUILT FOR REAL ROOMS • The target fits the room: ten at a big event, everyone-meets-everyone in a small one. Your organizer sets it. • Works offline mid-conversation and catches up when the WiFi does. • Nothing about you is shared until you finish a conversation with someone — then only what you opted in to (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn). • Sign in with Apple, LinkedIn or an email code. • Report or block anyone from their photo. • A live leaderboard on one shared clock. • Organizers brand the event with their logo and colours. First to Ten is played at team days, onboarding sessions, meetups and conferences. Ask your organizer for the event code, or create your own mini icebreaker.
