The clearest difference is rating: NO SWEATS at 5.0 against UPchieve's 3.9. UPchieve's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (40 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

NO SWEATS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UPchieve has 40 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
