Badung citizens can provide reports or complaints through complaint feature in SIDUMAS Badung. It will be reviewed and validated by the SIDUMAS Badung verification team, then forwarded to relevant institutions or departments for follow up. SIDUMAS Badung was developed by Badung Regency Communication and Informatics Department on behalf of Badung Regency Governance.
