The clearest difference is rating: Cenvee at 5.0 against Emras's 4.5. Cenvee also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 10 months). Emras's advantage is ratings volume (35 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.3 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
