Rather than having one red button for all of the patient’s needs, desires, and wants, Comcierge intelligently routes individual requests to specific members of the care staff, while keeping the nurses free to carry out their vital duties. A request for more pillows can go directly to a nursing assistant, while a call for more water will go straight to a member of foodservice, and the patient’s nurse is notified at the very end to let them know that every request has been completed. Comcierge is fully customizable to the hospital’s requirements - staff may either select their own response options, or allow Comcierge to suggest its own predetermined choices based on the patient’s state at admission.
