To achieve the classic phase effect, the original signal is blended with a slightly out-of-phase copy of itself. Altering the timing difference between the two signals produces the swooshing sound characteristic of phasing. Most phaser units available on the market are built around this circuit topology, each with its own specificities and limitations. Guitar pedals provide a great sonic signature out of the box and are a great source of inspiration, but we often overlook the impressive built-in effects sections of some hardware synthesizers. FAC Phazer combines the best of both worlds into a single plugin, offering access to all parameters involved in crafting the phasing effect. The design and development were inspired by both pedals and built-in phaser effects found in hardware synthesizers. This led to the creation of four unique characters: Classic, Midori, Step, and Tirus. All parameters can be applied to each of these characters, allowing you to create new, exciting, and outstanding sounds. The presets Slow, Moderate, and Jumpy Phase Pedal or also Fleur d’Oranger bring the classic pedals sound signature within your reach. If you're seeking more modern characteristics, the Step Sound I preset offers a splendid stepping mode, while the Midori Phase Shift II preset emphasizes the feedback in a unique way. On the other hand, the Tirus Anthem preset is an excellent starting point for exploring phasing effects produced with built-in synthesizer effects. An important aspect that strongly contributes to the variety of the sonic palette provided by the plugin is the modulation options. The LFO can run in free mode, be synchronized to the host tempo, or be defined by external automation parameters. The documentation is available at fredantoncorvest.com/FAC_Phazer.html

Discover the music you hear out. You hear an incredible track on the dancefloor — and by morning, it's gone. TrackID fixes that. Instead of fumbling for Shazam mid-song, TrackID listens continuously while you're out and catches every track playing around you. Discover it, play it, and keep it — all the music you find on the floor, in one place. LISTENS ALL NIGHT, BUILT FOR THE FLOOR Start a session when you walk in. TrackID runs in the background and identifies tracks as they play — across hours, not one song at a time. A live sound meter means it listens when the music's actually playing, so it stays smart about battery and accuracy. YOUR NIGHT, AS A SETLIST Every track you discover is saved with a timestamp and the venue you were in. Browse by night, by month, by place. Your sessions become a record of the music that moved you — and a map you can dig back through anytime. SEE WHERE THE GOOD MUSIC IS Tracks are tagged to the venues you heard them in. Find the rooms, the nights, and the places where the music you love actually lives. DISCOVER THROUGH PEOPLE WITH TASTE Follow friends and see what they're catching. The best discoveries come from people whose taste you trust — TrackID turns that into a feed. BUILD YOUR COLLECTION Turn any session into a playlist on Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube Music. The music you discovered on the dancefloor, ready to play on repeat. PLAY IT BACK Hear any track instantly — preview clips for everyone, full songs for Apple Music subscribers. InDecks is free to download; FAC Phazer costs $9.99 up front. FAC Phazer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. InDecks asks for nothing beyond the download.
FAC Phazer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FAC Phazer has 30 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of FAC Phazer's written reviews are positive against 100% of InDecks's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
FAC Phazer ships an update every 4 months, InDecks weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
