Unloop combines behavioral science and neuroscience to help you change the patterns that keep holding you back - at the source, not just the surface. This is a public beta, so features may evolve as we continue improving the experience. GO BENEATH THE SURFACE: Guided journaling and cognitive reframing sessions uncover the beliefs quietly driving your patterns and work with them at the source. Not affirmations. Not surface-level tracking. Built on CBT techniques that take just a few minutes a day and stay with you over time. CREATE YOUR CLUB: Invite friends and keep each other accountable. A small group, a shared goal, and daily visibility of progress create the kind of consistency that motivation alone often can't. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH: Connect Apple Health and your sleep, steps and activity become daily Activity, Sleep, Readiness, and Wellbeing insights so your plan reflects how you're actually doing, not just how you say you're doing. You stay in control: Unloop reads only what you allow, keeps it private, and never writes to Apple Health. PLAY TO REWIRE: Two science-backed games help train your brain to respond differently to cravings and build healthier patterns. They're quick, engaging, and designed to fit into your daily routine. WHY IT WORKS? This isn't a workbook or a meditation app. Unloop is gamified, quick, and made to fit into your day short sessions and playful challenges that keep the work feeling light. Every session, game, and journal is built for your specific goal, whether that's building self-esteem, quitting a habit, or working through something bigger. The clinical rigor runs quietly in the background. Small enough to fit into your day, deep enough to change the patterns underneath.
