CrewPost puts every working position on your aircraft on one screen, so the pre-flight briefing runs smoothly. Pick your aircraft, tap positions as they're called, and see at a glance what's taken, what's left and who is on which break. No more scribbling on the briefing sheet or trying to hold it all in your head. Built by cabin crew, for cabin crew. IN THE BRIEFING • Tap a position to mark it taken or free, with a running count of how many are assigned. • First and second breaks are colour coded, so you can read the whole cabin in a second. • Press and hold a position to see its crew seat, like 1L or 4R. • Reset every position for the next flight, with a quick undo if you change your mind. MY POSITION Choose your number and CrewPost keeps it for the whole duty: your boarding duties, your crew seat and where you do the safety demo, together in one place. DUTIES, DEMOS AND CREW SEATS • Boarding duties for each position, grouped by cabin. • Safety demo positions, drawn on a diagram of the cabin. • Crew seats, shown on a diagram of the aircraft. • We keep the built-in aircraft up to date, with no app update needed. YOUR FLEET, YOUR WAY • Add your own aircraft, variants, cabins and positions, or edit the built-in ones to match the way you work. • Save your whole fleet as a preset and load it again any time. • Five colour themes, light and dark mode, and three text sizes for easier reading. • Works on iPhone and iPad. BRING A FRIEND Share your link or QR code with crew who are new to CrewPost. When they join, you both get a free month. Details are in the app. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Works offline. No account, no sign up, nothing to log in to. No adverts, and no tracking across other apps. Your position picks and presets stay on your phone. To work and improve, the app sends us a few details, such as basic phone and app details, which days you use it, and aircraft you add or change. Full details are in our privacy policy. TALK TO US Got an idea or spotted something wrong? Message us from Settings. We reply in the app, and we read every message. FREE TO TRY CrewPost is free to try. After the free trial, a monthly or yearly subscription keeps it going. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store settings. CrewPost is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline. The built-in aircraft layouts are examples only. Always follow your airline's official procedures and documentation.
