GasTracker allows you to quickly see your upcoming cylinder deliveries along with a history of completed deliveries. See the truck’s location*¹ in real time for your current day deliveries. For completed orders, you can easily view and email the order’s delivery ticket*². To get started you will need to create a GasTracker account. Once your account is created, you will need to link your customer id to your account. For security, you will need to find an old delivery ticket and enter the 18-character order number along with 8-digit customer number on the Link Account page of the app.   If you have an invoice instead of a delivery ticket, you can enter in the 8-digit invoice number instead of the 18-character order number. Once your account is created, you will now be able to see your orders. *¹ Realtime truck location is dependent on technology installed on the delivery truck. Most, but not all trucks support location tracking. *² Delivery Tickets become available a few hours after the delivery was made.

The Hypertherm cartridge reader and app for Powermax SYNC™ systems provides a simple process for reviewing data stored in the cartridges. The cartridge reader fits into the cartridge and works with the near-field communication (NFC) antenna of your mobile device to transfer data stored in the cartridge into the app. Scan cartridges, add labels, and analyze data in the app.  Data can be imported into the cartridge excel data analysis tool, or a customer created tool, to analyze performance for starts, transfers, arc-on time, and other valuable cartridge data. Analysis of this data helps customers better understand cartridge utilization and identify operator training opportunities.
