LessonKeeper is a virtual lesson notebook that lets you stay in-sync with your students, whether you’re doing lessons online or in person. Easily create shareable lessons filled with text, images, audio, YouTube clips, PDFs, and more. Then, send the lesson to your student via email, Messages, or any other system where they can receive a link. The student doesn’t need an app to access the lesson — all they need is an internet-enabled device that can access a webpage. Students can view the lessons on their device, including listening to sound clips you’ve recorded, watch embedded YouTube videos, etc. Plus, if you edit the lesson, the student sees the edits without you having to send the information again — it just appears on their lesson. LessonKeeper is free to use for up to 3 students and 5 lessons per week, with limits on how much multimedia you can upload. With a monthly or yearly subscription plan, you unlock all of the app’s features. Read full description

Lesson Studio is the all-in-one studio management app for private music teachers. Your students practice more when someone's watching — and now you'll always be watching. PRACTICE LOGGING Students log every session right from their phone — instrument, duration, and what they worked on. You see every entry in real time, so you walk into every lesson prepared. POINTS & REWARDS Build a custom rewards catalog your students actually care about — a free lesson, new sheet music, stickers, whatever motivates them. Students earn points for every session they log and redeem them on their own. LESSON SCHEDULES Set recurring lesson times for each student. Everyone always knows when their next lesson is — no more reminder texts. MESSAGING Send quick messages directly to your students inside the app. Keep all your studio communication in one place. ASSIGNMENTS & ROUTINES Send one-off assignments with links or instructions, or build repeating weekly practice routines your students follow every week. PARENT PORTAL Give parents their own login to follow along. They see practice history and progress — without having to ask you. Whether you teach piano, guitar, violin, or voice — Lesson Studio gives your studio the structure it deserves. Free plan included. No credit card required.
