Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MEBİ at 4.2 against Edesis's 2.4. MEBİ also leads on review sentiment (44% vs 20%) and ratings volume (91 vs 16). Edesis's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
