About

Jolt

Features

Jolt is an interval timer for functional-fitness athletes that talks, so you never have to look at your phone mid-workout. It counts you in, calls every round and rep target out loud in a real recorded voice, warns you when rest is nearly over, and calls "Time!" at the finish. Put the phone on the floor and train. BUILD ANY WORKOUT • EMOM and flexible rounds — stack blocks with different reps and timing. Rounds 1–2 at 8 reps, rounds 3–4 at 7, round 5 for max: that's three blocks, not three workouts. • AMRAP with a time cap • For Time, counting up, with an optional cap • Tabata and any custom work/rest interval WRITE THE ACTUAL WORKOUT Add the movements to each block — 12 wall balls, 9 burpees, 6 squat cleans — from a built-in library of 100 movements across barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell, gymnastics, bodyweight, machines and odd objects. Or type your own. Repeating a block? Copy its movements to the next one in a tap. REAL COACH VOICES Seven recorded coach voices, bundled with the app. No robotic text-to-speech, no download, and no internet required. Your music keeps playing underneath and ducks only while the coach speaks. BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR • Big-screen mode — mirror to a TV for the whole class, with the clock, the movements and the time remaining • Live Activity on the lock screen and Dynamic Island • Keeps timing and talking with the screen locked or in another app • Total time remaining shown in digits as well as on the ring • Countdown beeps and haptics, so it works muted too SHARE A WORKOUT Send any workout as plain readable text anyone can do — plus a link that recreates it exactly in someone else's Jolt, movements and all. Or show a QR code. Sharing is free in both directions, forever. NO NONSENSE No ads. No account. No tracking. Jolt collects nothing at all — there is no analytics of any kind, and every workout stays on your device. JOLT PRO Free includes one block per workout, all four workout types, one full-quality coach voice, and workout sharing in both directions. Jolt Pro unlocks: • Unlimited blocks per workout • All seven coach voices • Workout history • Big-screen TV mode • Halfway call-outs Pro is available monthly or yearly, or as a one-time purchase if you'd rather never see a subscription again. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Questions or ideas: mazkopolo@icloud.com Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
