Completed protocols and actions are then sent to the user via the app to a web interface managed by the administrator. Since the end customer is currently working on paper and pencil, we focus on making the app as simple and intuitive as possible. So great importance needs to be put on the user experience to make the transition to this digital tool simple and straightforward.
