Företag som ska lämna farligt avfall skapar avlämnarintyg som utfärdas av El-Kretsen. Avlämnarintyget innehåller en QR-kod som du kan visa upp för mottagaren som då får upp alla uppgifter om det farliga avfallet. El-Kretsen rapporterar registreringen av det farligt avfallet till Naturvårdsverkets avfallsregister.
