Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: High Ride Cycle at 5.0 against CLMBR's 4.4. High Ride Cycle also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 73%) and ratings volume (650 vs 29). CLMBR's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
