It is intended for professional use and it is not designed to provide independent health tracking. The Koneksa iOS Mobile Application is a configurable platform component that supports a multitude of data collection modalities, based on specific study configuration requirements. Depending on the study configuration, a patient could have a number of tasks to complete, per the study's Schedule of Assessments. These assessments can include questionnaires (i.e., ePROs), functional assessments, or utilizing external devices to consume additional health measures (i.e., Apple Watch Health Kit Measures integrated via Apple Health App). Additionally, this app integrates with the Health app.
