The clearest difference is rating: CentraView at 5.0 against ConwayCorpTV's 3.8. CentraView also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription). ConwayCorpTV's advantage is ratings volume (25 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
