Samply supports experience sampling, ambulatory assessment and diary studies. With this mobile application, you can participate in studies created by researchers. After joining a study, you will receive notifications inviting you to respond to a survey or an online experiment. Some of the studies may send you a link to online surveys when you enter or leave a particular location (e.g., a university). Samply is developed by the research group iScience at the University of Konstanz in Germany.

About

Topped

Features

Topped helps you drink enough water on the days that actually demand it. Instead of a fixed target, Topped builds your daily goal from your body weight and activity level, then adjusts it for today's conditions β€” when the temperature climbs or the UV index is high, your goal rises with it. Weather comes from Apple Weather for your current location. SIP BY SIP, NOT ALL AT ONCE Pick your glass, and Topped paces your day into a simple rhythm: a countdown to your next sip, a nudge when it's time, and a one-tap "I drank it" β€” right from the notification, even on your Apple Watch. WHAT YOU GET β€’ A daily goal personalized to your weight, activity, and today's weather β€’ Quick-add logging with your own glass sizes, in ounces or milliliters β€’ Sip reminders that pace your goal through the day β€’ History with daily totals, streaks, and averages β€’ A full Apple Watch app β€” log from your wrist, no phone needed β€’ A watch-face complication showing today's progress at a glance β€’ Apple Health sync: every drink is written to Health, and drinks logged elsewhere count toward your goal PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data stays in Apple Health and on your device. No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Topped offers general hydration guidance, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor about what's right for you.
