KM44 vs Ankerwache Pro

The anchor alarm for skippers and crew. This app combines an anchor alarm with anchor management in a simple and intuitive solution for recreational boats. Hi! I’m Frank – sailor, developer, and technology enthusiast. For over 25 years, I’ve spent my time both on the water and in front of a screen. From this experience, an anchor alarm was created that truly supports skippers and crews in everyday use – reliable, clear, and without unnecessary complexity. The idea: a practical app for recreational boats that helps you keep track of your anchorages and increases safety on board. No overloaded feature set, no complicated menus – just what you really need when anchoring. The anchor alarm supports you during your anchoring experience: • Safe nights at anchor: The anchor alarm monitors your position and reliably warns you in case of drift. • Mirror mode: Monitor the anchor alarm simultaneously on multiple devices. • Apple Watch app: Anchor status and alarms directly on your wrist. • Live status: Active anchor alarm visible on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. • Save and manage anchorages: With additional information such as water depth or special experiences. • Rate, share, and discover anchorages: Exchange experiences with other skippers. Let’s make anchoring safer and smarter together. Thank you for taking a look at my anchor alarm – I wish you many safe and unforgettable moments on the water!
