Understand your body. Shorten the path to answers. The average time from first symptom to an endometriosis diagnosis is six to ten years. Recognising your symptom pattern early — and having it written down — is one of the few parts of that timeline you can actually influence. Endó is a symptom-matching and tracking app for people who suspect endometriosis, or who already have a diagnosis and want to understand what makes their symptoms better or worse. SEE HOW YOUR SYMPTOMS COMPARE Answer a 56-symptom questionnaire drawn straight from published research. Endó shows you which of your symptoms are the ones most strongly associated with endometriosis in that study — and which are not. LOG IT DAY BY DAY Pain, symptoms, mood and flow, with your cycle day and phase alongside them. A minute a day builds a record that's hard to reconstruct from memory. A PLAN, NOT GENERIC ADVICE Your answers about remedies, diet, sleep and daily impact turn into concrete things to try and track next cycle. WALK IN PREPARED Months of structured symptom history in one place: symptom timeline, cycle history, pain patterns, and what you've already tried. ASK ABOUT FOOD AND HABITS Is coffee bad for endo? Should I avoid gluten? Endó's advisor answers everyday questions about food and lifestyle, with sources shown alongside. THE RESEARCH BEHIND IT Endó's symptom matching is drawn from one specific peer-reviewed, open-access study: Goldstein, A. & Cohen, S. (2023). Self-report symptom-based endometriosis prediction using machine learning. Scientific Reports, 13, 5499. The authors surveyed 886 women — 474 with a diagnosis of endometriosis and 412 without — recording which of 56 symptoms each had experienced in the past month. Those published per-symptom frequencies are what the questionnaire is built on. The study was approved by the ethics committee of Ariel University. Its limitations are worth knowing, and we don't hide them: participants were recruited through Facebook groups rather than clinics, and some women in the undiagnosed group may have undiagnosed endometriosis. You can read the full paper yourself. IMPORTANT Endó is an educational symptom-matching and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional care. A symptom match is not a result, a risk score, or a prediction. Only a qualified clinician can diagnose endometriosis. Always talk to a healthcare professional about your symptoms.
