Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Levil Aviation at 4.7 against FlightView EFIS's 4.3. Levil Aviation also leads on ratings volume (379 vs 6) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 7 months). FlightView EFIS's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 82%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Levil Aviation holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Levil Aviation has 379 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of Levil Aviation's written reviews are positive against 100% of FlightView EFIS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Levil Aviation ships an update every 3 months, FlightView EFIS every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
