Cysmara is a private companion for living with PCOS. Keep a simple daily record of your symptoms and your cycle, explore a low-glycemic food guide, and journal the supplements and lab numbers you already track - all on your device, with no account and nothing to sign up for. BUILT FOR IRREGULAR CYCLES Most cycle apps assume a tidy 28 days. Cysmara does not. It accepts irregular cycles as normal, marks your period starts and spotting, and shows an honest estimate of your next period as a window with a confidence note - never a fake promise, never a fertility prediction. A FAST DAILY CHECK-IN Log how you feel in seconds: period flow, cramps, acne, excess hair, hair thinning, bloating, cravings, fatigue, mood, energy, headache, and sleep. Everything is optional, so a check-in can be a single tap. Your full history stays with you and is always editable. LOW-GI FOOD GUIDE Browse and search a food guide built from published glycemic-index reference values, with each food's glycemic load and an insulin-friendliness band. See lower-load swaps in the same category. It is an educational reference, not a meal plan or a recommendation. SUPPLEMENT AND MEDICATION JOURNAL Keep a log of what you already take - inositol, berberine, vitamin D, and the rest - with your own notes and gentle reminders. It records what you choose to track; it never suggests an item or a dose. LABS AND METRICS Record your own lab values - testosterone, AMH, fasting insulin, HbA1c, and more - and see each one trend over time in your chosen units. Add your weight, or read it from Apple Health. Prepare a clean PDF summary to take to your own clinician. PCOS LIBRARY Short, plain-language articles on insulin resistance, the PCOS "types", hair and skin, and more - descriptive and educational, never prescriptive. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no account and no server. Your cycle, symptom, supplement, and lab records stay on your device. Cysmara uses no analytics or tracking, and your data leaves your device only when you choose to export or share it. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Cysmara is a personal tracking and education tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a clinician about your health, medications, and supplements. Track what you see, learn at your own pace, and keep it all private - with Cysmara. https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
