GWall
Read full descriptionHide full description
Mobile application G-wall has been designed and developed to both promote a possibility to work out in the comfort of your home or to create a gym in your hotel room. Using it you will learn how to effectively and safely work with accessories in a functional training and how many possibilities a G-wall as an accessory may offer. The application contains 27 different exercises, you choose a type, intensity of a workout, a body part or specific accessories you want to work out with. All workouts are prepared by professional Gipara Fitness trainers. All you have to do is to run the application and you will start exercising together with an instructor working out by G-Wall in your home, hotel room or gym. You will easily find the right exercises for you and achieve your training goals without going to a fitness club. Nowadays, in order to carry out a full training, we no longer need 30 different strength machines and a set of cardio devices. We can do everything on a few square meters, in the comfort of our own hotel room or at home. For various reasons, more than 51% of all trainers prefer such training. G-wall provides complete functional training of the whole body, while ensuring safety, comfort and silence in your own home or hotel room. The app integrates with the Health app.

Nurrai is a personal sanctuary for the mind — where psychology, artificial intelligence, and meditation come together to help you understand yourself and find inner balance. It’s a space for reflection, emotional awareness, and calm, carefully designed to support your wellbeing in a gentle and human way. At the heart of Nurrai lies the Healing Journey, an AI companion that listens and responds with empathy. Inspired by the ideas of Freud, Jung, Rogers and many others, it encourages open self-reflection through meaningful dialogue. Each conversation feels personal and intuitive, guiding you toward greater self-awareness and clarity. It’s not a clinical tool, but rather a mindful experience — one that invites you to slow down and reconnect with your inner world. The Dream Decoder helps you explore the symbolic messages hidden in your dreams. By drawing on both classical and modern approaches to dream interpretation, it helps you uncover emotional patterns and hidden insights. Whether you dream of flying, falling, or meeting someone from your past, Nurrai offers thoughtful reflections that connect your dreams with your waking life, opening a deeper understanding of the subconscious. When words are not enough, the Meditation Library offers a collection of original guided meditations and ambient soundscapes. Each session is designed to help you relax, regain focus, or prepare for restful sleep. You can start your day with a boost of positive energy, unwind after work, or drift off into deep night relaxation — all with carefully crafted audio experiences that support emotional balance. Nurrai adapts to your rhythm and needs. Whether you seek calm after a stressful day, insight from your dreams, or quiet reflection through gentle conversation, it’s there to guide you. Every part of the app is built with mindfulness and respect for your privacy. Your data stays private, and your personal growth remains your own. Behind Nurrai stands a simple philosophy: healing begins with awareness. By understanding your thoughts, emotions, and inner patterns, you can live with greater clarity and peace.
