Home c8r（ホーム シーエイター）は、家事の実績を「金額」として計算・可視化し、家計費分担に反映させるアプリです。 ◆アプリの主な機能 ・家事記録: 回数を入力して登録するだけの簡単記録。 ・家計費計算: 家事実績と収入などを元に、今月の分担額を自動計算。 ◆このアプリが役に立つ方 夫婦、同棲中のカップルなど、パートナーと暮らす全ての方が対象です。共働き、専業主夫/婦、 産休中、育休中のどなたでもご利用いただけます。 もし現状の分担に満足しているならこのアプリは不要かもしれません。しかし「なんとなくモヤモヤする」「負担が偏っている」と感じているなら、Home c8r がそれを解決できます。 ◆Home c8rのアプローチ 1. インセンティブで良い循環をつくる 思いやりや感謝の気持ちはもちろん大切ですが、それだけではモチベーションが続かないこともあります。 このアプリでは、家事をすればするほど自分の家計費負担額が減る（＝相手が多く払うことになる）という明確なインセンティブがあります。 「やって当たり前」が「やれば得する」に変わることで、お互いが自然と家事をこなすような良い循環が生まれます。 2. 合理的な分担を自然に実現 単に「得意な人がやる」のではなく、お互いの忙しさや収入などの状況を考慮し、誰がやるのが最も効率的かを考えることが大切です。 Home c8rでは、家事に「レート（単価）」を設定することで、これを自然に実現します。 「高いお金を払ってでも相手にやってほしい」のか、「この金額をもらえるなら自分がやる」のか。 この仕組みが、感情論ではない、ふたりにとって最も合理的な分業を生み出します。（経済学では「比較優位」と呼ばれる考え方です。） 3. 納得できる家計費分担の計算 生活費の分担方法は様々ですが、単なる割り勘や収入比だけの分担では不公平感が残ることがあります。 このアプリでは、以下の要素を考慮して毎月の分担額を算出します。（細かい計算方法は後述の付録2をみてください。） ・二人の手取り収入 ・それぞれの必須生活費（仕事や生活に不可欠な出費） ・積み上げた家事の貢献額 ◆レートの設定には少し手間がかかります このアプリを使い始めるには、家事の一つひとつに「レート」を設定する必要があります。 これはやや大変な作業です。ふたりで話し合い、家事に対する認識や負担感をすり合わせる必要があるからです。 しかしこのハードルさえ乗り越えれば、その先には「自然と家事が回る」「不公平感がない」という、とても快適な生活が待っています。 -------------------------------------------------- ◆付録1: 家事レート設定のアドバイス レート設定に迷ったら、以下の考え方を参考にしてみてください。 ・基本は「時給 × 時間 × 2」 家事にかかる時間と、想定する時給（例えば1000円）を掛け合わせ、さらにそれを2倍した金額を目安にしてみましょう。 なぜ2倍か？ それは、このレートが「家計費分担の差額」に影響するためです。 ・「やりたくない度」で調整する 時間が短くても、精神的に負担が大きい（やりたくない）家事は、レートを高くしましょう。 逆に、時間はかかるけど苦にならない（好きな）家事は、レートを低くしても構いません。 ・市場原理に任せる もし特定の家事が放置されているなら、それは「レートが安すぎる」証拠です。ふたりのどちらかがやる気になるまで、レートを上げてみましょう。 逆に、家事の奪い合いが起きるなら、それは「レートが高すぎる」のかもしれません。 ・まずは「仮」で決める 最初から完璧なレートを決めるのは不可能です。まずは仮で設定して、運用しながら「これ安すぎるな」「高すぎるな」と感じたら修正していきましょう。 -------------------------------------------------- ◆付録2: 家計費分担の計算ロジック Home c8rでは、以下の計算式に基づいて公平な分担額を算出しています。 Total: 収める家計費の合計額 In1, In2: 収入 Pay1, Pay2: 必須生活費 (※1) Hw1, Hw2: 家事実績換金額 Share1, Share2: 家計費分担額 とすると、 Share1 = (Total * In1/(In1+In2)) + (-Pay1 + Pay2)/2 + (-Hw1 + Hw2)/2 Share2 = (Total * In2/(In1+In2)) + (Pay1 - Pay2)/2 + (Hw1 - Hw2)/2 です。 ベースの金額は収入の比率で決めています。そこに必須生活費の差額と家事換算額の差額の半分(※2)を加算/減算することで分担額を決定します。 ※1 個人が生活する上で必ず必要になる必要経費です。パートナーと話し合って決めてください。例えば、昼食、美容院、携帯電話、化粧品、仕事用スーツ代などです。 ※2 半分としているのは、換算額が2人の分担額の差額となるようにしているためです。例えばあなたが1000円相当の家事を行うと、あなたの家計費分担額は500円減り、パートナーは500円増えます。
