Nightloop

Do you talk in your sleep? Nilo knows. Nightloop is a sleep app with Nilo, a purple plush who stays by your side at night. He listens while you sleep, keeps the funniest moments, and tells you all about it in the morning. YOUR NIGHT, REPLAYED • Nilo listens all night: Apple's on-device sound recognition picks out sleep talk, snoring and laughs, and keeps only a few seconds around each one. • Every morning, your best moments are waiting: what you said, written down on your iPhone, with Nilo's reaction. • Personal lines (optional, only with your permission): Nilo answers exactly what you said. FALL ASLEEP • 10 bedtime stories told with music and real sound effects • 10 breathing exercises with a guide that breathes with you: 4-7-8, box breathing, coherent breathing… • 10 sounds to drift off: rain, ocean, fan… WAKE UP BETTER • A gentle alarm that starts in silence and slowly gets louder, like daylight • Or Nilo himself wakes you up, from “Sweet” to “Chaos” • Smart alarm: pick a window, and Nilo wakes you as soon as he hears you stirring in it (when Nilo is listening) EVERY MORNING COUNTS • Rate your night by pulling down Nilo's duvet • Your sleep age, estimated from your nights: it gets younger as you sleep better. Watch the years you win, beat your record, unlock milestones and badges. • Keep your streak going, morning after morning • Connect Apple Health (optional, read only) to use the nights measured by your watch or ring PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your recordings never leave your iPhone and are deleted after 7 days. You can delete them all at any time. • No ads, no tracking. Sleep age is an estimate to help you build better habits, not a medical measurement. Nightloop is not a medical device. SUBSCRIPTION Nightloop needs a subscription: weekly or yearly, each starting with 7 free nights. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Nightloop at none against SuperBand's shown. SuperBand's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
