Scrubstr reviews give you actionable, objective information on hospitals in your area. Start your next assignment with confidence and a clear picture of what you are signing up for. Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Scrubstr at 90% against BE Rewarded's 51%. BE Rewarded's advantage is ratings volume (2.2K vs 28) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
BE Rewarded holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BE Rewarded has 2.2K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of BE Rewarded's written reviews are positive against 90% of Scrubstr's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
BE Rewarded ships an update every 2 months, Scrubstr monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
