Let the cards push your workout. Sweat Poker turns a deck of playing cards into a workout you can't argue with. Draw a hand, add up the reps, and that's your set. Face cards hurt. Aces hurt more. Your workout is done when the deck is. That’s 416 reps spread across the full superset. HOW IT WORKS • Pick your exercises and shuffle up. • Each set deals you a few cards. The total of their values is your rep count. • Number cards are face value, Jack is 11, Queen 12, King 13, Ace 14. • Rest on the built-in timer, then draw again. • Work through a half deck, a full deck, or a double deck if you really want a grinding, fast workout. NO TWO WORKOUTS ARE THE SAME The deck reshuffles every session, so the same five exercises never land the same way. Some sets are a warmup. Some are a wall. You don't get to choose, you just power through. Adding some randomness to your workout keeps it exciting day after day and keeps your body guessing. SMART WORKOUTS Let the app build the session. Smart Workouts look at what you've trained recently and bias toward rested muscle groups, so back-to-back days don't hammer the same movements. Star the exercises you love to see them more often, hide the ones you don't. BUILD YOUR OWN Full control when you want it: choose from 23 exercises, set cards per set and rest time per exercise, pick your deck size, and reorder or edit the lineup mid-session if plans change. 23 EXERCISES, BODYWEIGHT AND DUMBBELL Push-Ups, Burpees, Thrusters, Jump Squats, Lunges, Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Arnold Press, Bicep Curls, Hammer Curls, Skull Crushers, Dumbbell Rows, and more — each with form instructions and tagged muscle groups. MULTIPLAYER MODE Race against other SweatPoker users in a time trial for the same exercises and dealt cards, or share a workout with a friend. HANDS-FREE Turn on voice readout and every card is called out loud. Set your phone down and keep moving. TRACK THE WORK • Every finished workout is logged with duration, reps, exercises, and muscles worked. • Your history lives on your device. No account, no sign-up, no data collected. FREE TO TRY The Trial Workout — four exercises, half a deck, zero setup — is free and unlimited. Sweat Poker Pro unlocks Smart Workouts, Custom Workouts, the full exercise library, and voice readout. Shuffle up. The deck doesn't negotiate. Terms of Service: https://nordighund.com/sweat-poker/terms
