Most trackers are static. You stick to your macros but see fluctuating weight on scale, and you're left guessing what happened. Good Enough works the other way round. It starts you on a plan built from your answers, then re-checks that plan against what actually happened. Your food logs, your workouts, your weight trend. Every two weeks it shows you insights based on the logs it sees. Ask it questions 24/7 to understand might be happening to your body beyond the log. WHAT YOU DO EVERY DAY Log meals. Search more than three million foods, scan a barcode, photograph a nutrition label, snap a plate, or just describe what you ate. Allows you to log calories, protein, carbs and fat in your preferred ways. Log workouts. Start today's session from your plan, tick off sets as you go, and let the rest timer run on your phone or your Apple Watch. Weights, reps and rest are saved, and your history and records are a tap away on every exercise. That's it. Two habits. The rest is on us. WHAT GOOD ENOUGH DOES WITH IT Your plan comes from the answers you give in setup: goal, days you can train, the equipment you have, how long a session can run, what you want to work on, anything you're training around. You get a real program, not a template, with the reason for every choice written down where you can read it. Then the check-in. Every two weeks, Good Enough looks at your logged intake against your target, your adherence, and how your weight actually moved, and works out whether your numbers still fit. If they do, it says so. If they don't, it proposes a specific adjustment, with the evidence behind it, and you accept or decline. Your past logs stay exactly as they were. Training adapts the same way. Life changed and you can only train two days now? Tell the coach. It finds the program in the library that fits the days you have and lets you review it before anything is installed. THE COACH Ask it anything about your plan. It reads your actual logs and your actual targets, so the answer is about you, not about people in general. It can explain why your program looks the way it does, swap an exercise you can't do, or set up a different split. It won't pretend to be a doctor, and it tells you when a question needs one. WHAT ELSE IS HERE - A rest timer that lives on your Lock Screen and your Apple Watch - Recipes, supplements and water, all counted toward the day - Personal records and per-exercise history, rebuilt from every logged set - Apple Health: your Watch's daily energy alongside our estimate, and your weight synced in - Your plan explained in plain language: which program, why, and what it couldn't satisfy - Export everything you've logged, any time WHAT IT ISN'T It isn't a wearable, a meal delivery service, or a doctor. It won't change your plan behind your back, and it won't tell you to eat 1,200 calories because a calculator said so. If you want a tracker that hands you a number and gets out of the way, there are cheaper ones. If you want one that keeps checking whether the number was right, this is it.
