iSmoke helps you quit smoking your way — taper down on a personalized schedule, quit cold turkey on a date you choose, or hold steady at a daily limit while you get ready. Log a cigarette in one tap and everything else follows: your streak, the money you're keeping, and a health-recovery timeline, based on public WHO information, that update on their own. CHOOSE YOUR PATH • Taper — a step-down schedule to your quit date, built from your own smoking pattern, not a generic one. • Cold turkey — pick a date, stop entirely from there. • Maintain — track a steady daily limit, no quit date required. Research on smoking cessation finds gradual and abrupt approaches can both work — there's no one right way to quit. iSmoke lets you pick the path that fits your life, then keeps the plan honest by recalculating around what you actually log, not what you originally planned. KNOW WHEN YOUR NEXT ONE IS DUE iSmoke counts down to your next cigarette instead of counting up from your last one — "next window in 3h 18m" — so a craving has an answer that's a wait, not a flat no. One tap logs a cigarette; undo it or backdate one you forgot. FIVE THINGS TO DO INSTEAD • A three-minute countdown that asks if you want longer instead of announcing the craving is over • Guided 4-7-8 breathing with haptic cues • An urge-surfing script that scrolls itself, so you can just read • Your own activities — the things you already do — sized to the time you have and ranked by what has actually got you through a craving before • A quick memory game for a meeting, a queue or a passenger seat An AI coach is one tap from any of them, and already knows your plan, so there's nothing to explain. WATCH THE MONEY TURN INTO SOMETHING REAL Every cigarette you don't smoke banks its price. Name what you're saving toward — a guitar, a trip, new headphones — and watch the bar fill instead of staring at an abstract number. PROGRESS A BAD DAY CAN'T UNDO Two counters run side by side: a streak that can restart, and a permanent record of smoke-free days, money banked and cigarettes avoided that nothing takes back. Sixty awards across all three. Levels earned for coping — logging, breathing, riding a craving out — never for abstinence, so a hard day still moves you forward. SEE THE PATTERN BEHIND THE HABIT When you smoke most, by hour and by weekday. Your median gap between cigarettes, your longest smoke-free stretch on record, and how long you last after waking. NO SHAME, EVER A slip is not a failure, and iSmoke never wipes your progress over one cigarette. Your streak can recover; the money you've saved and the days you've been smoke-free never disappear. QUITLINE SUPPORT Settings has a quitline page — one tap to call in the US, UK, Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong, and a quick way to find yours everywhere else — a trained human on the end of a line, for the days an app isn't the right tool. iSmoke does not diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you have questions about withdrawal or medication, talk to a doctor or pharmacist. SUBSCRIPTION iSmoke Pro is $12.99/month or $49.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Transcend Timer is a timer for Transcendental Meditation. It does one thing: it holds the length of your practice so you do not have to. Three phases. Warm Up to settle in, Meditation, then Rest. Set each one once and press play — the home screen shows the plan, so starting is never a decision. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No guided voices. No courses, no narrators, no daily episode, no library to look through. Nothing plays unless you turn it on: the start and end sounds and the haptics are all off by default, because in TM the mantra is the technique and a bell is an interruption. THE SCREEN TELLS YOU WHERE YOU ARE Each phase has its own background, ordered by brightness rather than colour. Warm Up steps down toward meditation, meditation is nearly black, and rest lifts sharply. That lift is the largest change in light in the whole session and it happens the moment meditation ends — perceptible through a closed eyelid, so you can stay where you are until it comes. If you do open your eyes to check the time, the timer is large, centred, and set in figures that do not shift as they count down. PROGRESS Two counters: days you meditated, and days you meditated twice. A monthly calendar shows the shape of your practice — missed, once, twice — and pages back through every month you have kept. Completed sessions are written to Apple Health as Mindful Sessions. APPLE WATCH Run a full session from your wrist and leave the phone in another room. The Digital Crown sets the durations. The Smart Stack shows which phase you are in and how long is left. IF YOU WANT IT Curated sounds for the start and end of meditation, with their own volume so a cue can carry through twenty minutes of closed eyes. Ambiance: one looping sound that fades in as the session begins and out across the rest phase, at a volume set deliberately lower. Eight themes, each changing all four phases together and keeping the same order of light. Night dimming for sessions in the dark. Pause and resume, counting active time only. A daily reminder, if you set one. PRIVACY No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no network requests. Your preferences stay on your device. Health data is read only to calculate your streaks and never leaves the phone. Transcend Timer is an independent app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any Transcendental Meditation organisation, and it does not teach the technique.
