About

Cold War Inc.

Two ideologies. One globe. Forty-four years to win. It is January 1947. You choose a side, Democracy or Communism, and the one country where your idea takes power first. From there it spreads: by radio and cinema, by cargo ship and railway, by student exchanges and party cells. Every month counts. In December 1991 whoever rules more countries wins the Cold War. You are not alone on the map. The rival superpower shows up within a year and plays by the same rules you do. It buys research, answers world events, funds campaigns and quietly builds cells inside your countries. Ignore it and you will watch your map turn. HOW IT PLAYS - Pick your side and your starting country: the Kremlin, the White House, or somewhere nobody expects - Spend funding on 45 upgrades across three branches: Export, Inside a Country, and the Ballot Box - Win elections with turnout, coalitions and observers, or seize power through protests and revolutions - Tap funding before it fades, disperse rival cells before they take root, shoot down enemy delegations if you dare - React to Cold War events: missile crises, jammed radio, the space race, Olympic boycotts, coups - Break through censorship, poverty, religion and isolation. Every country resists differently A REAL WORLD, NOT A BOARD 177 countries, each with its own population, wealth, regime, literacy and cities. Democracy grows where people are educated and connected. Communism grows where they are poor, rural and young. Air routes follow real economies, land borders follow real borders, ideas cross the sea where ships actually sail. Supporters appear on the cities where people really live. THREE DIFFICULTIES Normal plays fair. Brutal gives the rival more money and sharper eyes. Mega Brutal almost never misses. NO STRINGS Buy it once. No ads, no subscriptions, no energy timers, no accounts, no sign-up. Works completely offline. English and Russian. Cold War Inc. is a work of satire. Countries, ideologies and events here are game mechanics, not political statements.
