You can also use Siri to create issues as notes: "Hey Siri, create a note 'Allow me change the labels on issues' in WatchGit". Siri will then prompt you for your folder (repository) and you are good. You'll need to do this once on your phone before you can do it on your watch. This is primarily an independent watch app. Organizations can restrict what third-party apps like this can do, so you may not be able to view private repositories or modify issues that belong to an organization.
